What personal information we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors post a comment on this site, the information displayed on the comment form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user agent string defining the browser, which helps to detect spam.

The Gravatar service may be provided with an anonymous string made from your email address (also called a hash) that can be used to determine if you are using the service. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and view arbitrary location data from images on the site.

Contact form data

If you fill out and submit a contact form, you automatically consent to us collecting the data you fill out for the purpose of contacting you and establishing a user database.

Cookies

If you post a comment on our site, you may allow your name, email address and website to be stored in cookies. In this way we try to increase your convenience, when you post a new comment you will then not have to fill in this information again. These cookies will have a lifetime of one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set temporary cookies to verify that your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set several cookies to store your login details and for screen display settings. The login cookies have a lifetime of two days and the display settings cookies have a lifetime of one year. If you confirm the “Remember me” option, your login will last for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, another cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and simply indicates the ID of the post you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Posts on this site may contain embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited another website.

Who we share your information with

How long we keep your data

If you post a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. The data is retained for the purpose of automatically recognising and approving all subsequent comments, rather than holding them in the moderation queue.

For users who register on this site (if they have the option), we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights do you have

If you have an account on this site or have posted comments here, you may request to receive an export file of the personal information we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we remove any personal data we hold about you. This option does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service which may be located offshore.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), I grant Restaurace Václavka, s.r.o. with registered office at Seifertova 303/77, 130 00, Prague 3, Czech Republic (the Controller), consent to the processing of the personal data provided herein for the purpose of recording clients and their medical history. I acknowledge and agree that the above personal data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years, after which it will be deleted unless prevented by law or other obligation of the Controller in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests of the Controller, etc.). I acknowledge that consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the Controller’s address: zahradni@restaurace-lavicka.cz

I acknowledge that the processing of the above personal data is carried out by the Controller, but that other persons may be the recipients or processors of the above personal data, in particular the provider of the software used by the Controller and the Controller’s employees.

I have been informed of my rights, in particular my right to withdraw this consent at any time, even without giving reasons, the right to access this data, the right to have it corrected or deleted, the fact that the provision of the above personal data is voluntary, the right to be informed of which personal data have been processed and for what purpose.

I further confirm that I have been informed that if I find out or believe that the Controller is processing personal data which is contrary to the protection of my private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, I may request an explanation and the elimination of the situation so arising. In particular, this may include blocking, rectification, completion or destruction of the personal data. I further confirm that I have been informed that I may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
